Those enterprises, which generally employ fewer than 250 persons, including the payment sector, are the backbone of most economies worldwide and play a key role in developing countries.<\/p>\n<p>According to the data provided by the International Council for Small Business (ICSB), formal and informal Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) make up over 90% of all firms and account on average for 60-70% of total employment and 50% of GDP.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Today at Easypay, we celebrate our contribution to society and the sustainable development goals in Albania.<\/p>\n<p>Being the first online payment provider in Albania, we focus to target and reach the unbanked, trying to play a key role in the financial inclusion in our country, where 58% of the population has no access to banking.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"EasyPay - video prezantuese\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CUMtx_MGwo0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>EasyPay is also notable for encouraging and supporting young entrepreneurs and is always seen in the startup scene in Albania, sharing valuable lessons from its entrepreneurial experience.<\/p>\n<p>Human diversity and gender equality are an important part of the company\u2019s culture. More than 50% of the team are women and the overall average age of the staff does not exceed the thirties.
