EasyPay is an Electronic Money Institution which owns a digital payment and transfer platform, that provides fast and secure services. It is present on the Android, iOS and Windows platform. To get acquainted with EasyPay services, download the free EasyPay application.

Së pari, duhet të krijoni një llogari EasyPay, e cila mbushet nëpërmjët Open Banking, kartave tuaja të debitit/kreditit (Visa ose MasterCard), direkt nga llogaria juaj bankare ose me para në dorë pranë pikave EasyPay. Kur llogaria EasyPay është e mbushur, mund të filloni menjëherë të kryeni pagesa ose transferta në kohë reale.

It is very simple; you don’t need cash all the time and you avoid long queues. You can use the EasyPay account to pay all your bills, transfer money and buy products, at any time, from your couch or even when you are on vacation mode.

EasyPay ofron siguri maksimale në të gjitha platformat, duke filluar që nga momenti i regjistrimit. Përveç elementëve ekzistues të sigurisë, EasyPay ka të implementuar SCA – Autentifikimin e Thelluar, i cili realizohet përmes: kod unik/PIN ose Face ID/Fingerprint. Kjo shtresë shtesë mbrojtjeje redukton ndjeshëm mundësinë e manipulimeve dhe aktiviteteve të rrezikshme.

Edhe nëse nuk keni një llogari bankare, mund të regjistroheni lehtësisht dhe të krijoni llogarinë tuaj EasyPay. Thjesht rimbusheni me para “cash” në një nga 580 pikat tona në gjithë Shqipërinë.

The EasyPay account can be closed for the following reasons:
1. Upon written request from the customer.
2. The entered data during the opening of the account do not match with data of the means of identification.
3. During the customer verification process, inaccurate or inconsistent data result in compliance with the customer identification.
4. In cases of performing activities contrary to the Terms and Conditions of use of EasyPay services.
